Shipping policy

Orders are custom made unless otherwise noted with a "Number in Stock" section. Orders will ship between 3-7 business days unless customization is requested, in which case a ship date will be determined at the close of the design session.

Shipping time will be dependent on your selection at checkout. Please note that any damage due to shipping will need to be resolved by filing a claim with the shipping company, not Beacon Peak, LLC. Beacon Peak is committed to helping you resolve any issues with the shipper to the best of our ability.
