Your personal self care toolkit has arrived! This is a set of 14 tokens, laser engraved with self care prompts (twelve listed, and two blank to add your own!). Tokens come in an organza storage/carry bag.

Prompts include: Cleanse, Nourish, Hydrate, Ground, Move, Stretch, Create, Write, Nature, Laugh, Connect, and Breathe to encourage your own forms of care.

Sometimes we become too overwhelmed (or underwhelmed!) to remember that there are many small things we can do for ourselves to maintain or improve our wellbeing. Caring for ourselves is a life long pursuit, and it can help to have a tangible reminder of our resources during times of stress.

Choose your wood type/color.

Self care is unique to each individual, here are some suggestions for each prompt. Be sure to think of some which would work best for you before using!

Nature - It seems simple - go outside! But what if the weather is bad, or you live in a city? Nature can still be enjoyed through a window, by spending time with a pet, or even listening to “nature sounds” online 

Breathe - Have you found a breath work practice that works for you? It is not one-size fits all, so don’t get discouraged if the first exercise you try isn’t for you

Cleanse - Take a shower or bath. Make your bed. Wash one dish (or more, if you feel like it!) Light some incense to cleanse your space! Clear a busy mind by making a to-do list. 

Hydrate - seems straightforward enough - Drink water! But when is the last time you applied lotion to your whole body? Can you think of ways to drink more healthful liquids, or cut down on some dehydrating ones?
